Refunds & Replacements
We want you to love your SpineTech™ purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photo or video proof. We will offer a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, posture correctors are non-returnable once used. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or normal discomfort during the adjustment period.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
